Safety and security are top priorities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and recently, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the Phoenix Fire Department took delivery of a new fire truck at Fire Station 29. The new truck is a 4,500 gallon 8 x 8 Oshkosh foam truck which specializes in aircraft rescue and fire fighting.
