Hello, My name is Katie Heaven and i’m 14 years old. I have always found UFO’s, Extraterrestrial life and especially the ‘out of bounds’ Area 51 very interesting. I’ve watched doccumentaries about these topics and peoples experiences with E.T life. You have Believers and Non-Believers, in these matters and I choose to believe. There is so much evidence out there that would prove to everyone that what we call ‘Aliens’ exist. The US goverment has more evidence than we do in Britain, but chooses to keep it from the public. I believe this is done to stop panic in the world and is done with best intentions at heart, but, this secrecy is kept in a very wrong way.
As for previous people working in Area 51, some were on a t.v doccumentary a while ago, they chose to keep their identity private as the goverment would apparently kill them if secrets got out. If these previous Area 51 workers were so afraid of losing their lives, they would not go on national television parading about the fact that they know what happens in there. I personally think that there are some genuine people thoughtless enough to tell the world what they have experienced, but there is always going to be a way the goverment can cover this up, whether we like it or not. On youtube there was a video of an ‘alien autopsy’, which i’m almost one hundred percent certain is fake…The caption says that it was recorded by someone who had broken in, but the fact is almost anyone who tried to break in would be shot dead and all records of them would be erased from the goverments database. It would look as if they had just vanished from the face of the earth.
However, there was a group named Red Cell which was an organization created by the US government to help prevent terrorism, the reason was because then in the 1980′s-1990′s they were much more afraid of terrorism than we are today. The US goverment would hire Red Cell to try and infiltrate top secret goverment land to see if a small special forces unit could easily break in to US goverment property and to make sure that these areas were as well protected as they could ever be. Red Cell could even take hostages on Air Force one with permission from the goverment. Their tactics are still top secret, obviously they worked and thats why they are kept hidden otherwise the public would know exactly how to get in. But many do believe they had gained access into aircraft hangers and underground facilities on area 51. The tactics that Red Cell used must have been very clever. Some say there is underground aircraft storage and secret tunnels leading to other top secret goverment facilities that still remain unknown to the citizens of the world. Again the US goverment have denied all knowledge of ‘underground tunnels and underground aircraft hangers’.

I will now move on to reverse-engineering, which is when you look at a piece of machinery and how it was built and build it from the outside to the inside. Basically copying a machine which has been created by someone/something else but building it backwards. Many scientists and researchers believe that reverse-engineering is exactly what happens in Area 51. There were speculations about an aircraft named Aurora but there has never been any physical evidence that this aircraft was ever built or flown. People believe that Aurora was reverse-engineered by the US military to see how this plane works and to learn more about E.T technology. I personally believe that this is true because there are so many aircrafts that have been captured and recorded near or close to area 51, not all these videos can be fake. Aurora interested me as the technology i can see on an artist interpretation that was used to build it is so advanced from our technology today, that if the US military had built it, it would have not been one of our designs for certain. We do not have all this advance technology and if we do it is certainly kept a secret from us. Well we have gadgets such as ipods, iphones, laptops, gaming systems and so on, but this speculation sometimes leads me to believe that maybe some of our greatest inventors originally had ideas from E.T technology which had been discovered and we continued from then improving these things that most people use in everyday life.

There are a lot of things to consider when choosing a forex trading system to see if it will be profitable for you or not. Today we will look at the Area 51 Forex system and see if it meets our criteria. Keep in mind, there are usually some that you can throw away right off the bat because they are basically like gambling more than a actual trading method or system.

For example, when a system says you need to change your risk according to if you lost or own the previous trade, just run. This is a system that many gamblers use and it never works. They end up losing one way or another and its never pretty in the end. You should always maintian consistent risk through your trading system, one that never risks too much of your account balance. A good number would be 2% of your total account balance.

One of the most important factors in a trading system is the success or failure of the system\’s edge. This is computed by a simple equation.

Edge = (average win x probability of win) – (average loss x probability of loss)

For our example we will take 2 very different trading systems. Lets say one wins at a rate of 80%, but only wins about 40 pips or so each time. On the other side, we have high risk so when it loses it loses large amounts. Lets say it loses 100 pips with loss ratio at 20% of the time. The edge on this would be as follows: (40 x 80%) – (100 x 20%) = 12 pips

But we have a second system that wins big on occasion with a lot of small losses. Lets say we have avg gains of 200 pips with only 20% winners. And we have only 40 pips avg losses on 80% of the time. So our edge looks like this (200 x 20%) – (40 x 80%). It comes to just 12 pips again.

Which would you say is the better system? In regards to investment, they are identical. In this case it is other facgtors that would lead you to pick one over the other. For example, how many trades do you estimate you will make per week? If one system provides more signals than the other, you can end up making profits more quickly over the other. Another thing weighing on your decision is your own peace of mind. Can you handle taking loss after loss? With 80% losers? Most forex traders cannot when starting out.

The most important factor in choosing a trading system is edge and should be calculated everytime you test or consider a trading system. Most of the time, you can figure this out from the description of the system or they will actually tell you what the edge is. On the other hand, sometimes this is not possible, so you should test the system on a demo account before risking any real money to see if the system truly works. Testing is always required before starting out with real money on a new system.

Being able to control any social environment, instantly change anyone’s mind to agree with you and attract the girl of your dreams with mere body language could be an amazing feeling.  Area 51 System, as weird as it may sound, is a program claiming to put a person into a position to achieve the above mentioned results.  The system uses a combination of Hypnosis and Magic, call it a mix, to enable a person to achieve certain results or persuading other people in a certain way.  To put it in other words it fuses illusionism, mentalism and hypnosis techniques to create a form of mind control known as the Area 51 System.

Area 51 System claims a follower of the system convinced his boss to double his salary, met and married a beautiful woman and drives an expensive car, basically living a life like a star whilst actually being a normal nine to five working person.  The program claims after implementing and using the techniques a person can transform yourself into that person that everyone wants to know, have your worst enemies eating out the palm of your hand, by using memory extraction technique know what a person thinks, convince people to do what you want and learn anything in triple time but to name a few.

Area 51 System beginner’s course is being offered to the general public by Riley Dayne.  He was taught the system by the original founders called “the others” and yes it does sound like something from a sci-fi movie.  The system is based on a formula which would not make any sense writing it here but Riley claims he has been implementing the formula for a couple of years now and it has changed his life.  The system does not claim other hypnosis and mind programs are useless but rather proclaims that putting a lot of techniques together is what makes Area 51 System unique.  The program consists of nine videos, eleven CD’s and seven workbooks.

After nearly five decades, guys like James Noce finally get to tell their stories about Area 51.

Yes, that Area 51.

The one that gets brought up when people talk about secret air force projects, crashed UFOs, alien bodies and, of course, conspiracies.

The secrets, some of them, have been declassified.  

Noce, 72, and his fellow Area 51 veterans around the United States now are free to talk about doing contract work for the CIA in the 1960s and ’70s at the arid, isolated southern Nevada government testing site.

Their stories shed some light on a site shrouded in mystery; classified projects still are going on there. It’s not a big leap from warding off the curious 40 or 50 years ago, to warding off the curious who now make the drive to Area 51.

The veterans’ stories provide a glimpse of real-life government covert operations, with their everyday routines and moments of excitement.

Noce didn’t seek publicity. But when contacted, he was glad to tell what it was like.

“I was sworn to secrecy for 47 years. I couldn’t talk about it,” he says.

In the 1960s, Area 51 was the test site for the A-12 and its successor, the SR-71 Blackbird, a secret spy plane that broke records at documented speeds that are still unmatched. The CIA says it reached Mach 3.29 (about 2,200 m.p.h. or 3,500 km/h) at a height of 90,000 feet.

But after September 2007, when the CIA displayed an A-12 in front of its Langley, Va., headquarters as part of the agency’s 60th birthday, much of the secrecy of those days at Area 51 fell away.

Warning to ufologists: Sorry, although Noce and other Area 51 vets say they saw plenty of secret stuff , none make claims about aliens.

But on to the secrecy part.

Noce remembers always getting paid in cash, signing a phoney name to the receipt, during his several years of working security at the site. It was, in CIA parlance, “a black project.”

Noce says he has no paperwork showing that he worked at Area 51 for the CIA. He says that was common.

Others who got cheques say they came from various companies, including Pan American World Airways.

But Noce is vouched for by T.D. Barnes, of Henderson, Nev., founder and president of Roadrunners Internationale, membership 325. Barnes is the one who says he got cheques from Pan Am, for whom he had never worked.

Roadrunners is a group of Area 51 vets including individuals affiliated with the U.S. Air Force, CIA, Lockheed, Honeywell and other contractors.

For the past 20 years, they’d meet every couple of years at reunions they kept clandestine. Their first public session was last October at a reunion in Las Vegas at the Atomic Testing Museum.

As age creeps up on them, Barnes, 72, an Area 51 radar specialist, wants the work the vets did to be remembered.

And Barnes himself has someone quite credible to vouch for him: David Robarge, chief historian for the CIA and author of Archangel: CIA’s Supersonic A-12 Reconnaissance Aircraft.

Robarge says about Barnes, “He’s very knowledgeable. He never embellishes.’

Barnes says that the way membership in the Roadrunners grew was by one guy who worked for the CIA telling about another buddy who worked at Area 51, and so on. Barnes says other Area 51 vets vouched for Noce.

The Roswell Incident: July 1947

Noce was a 1955 Vancouver High grad who went right into the air force and was trained in radar.

Leaving the service in 1959, he worked as a produce manager for the Safeway in Camas, 30 kilometres east of Vancouver.

Sometime in late 1961, Noce got a phone call at the grocery store. It was from a buddy of his from the air force days, who now worked for the CIA.

“He knew I had classified clearance from working at the radar sites,” remembers Noce. “He asked me how would I like to live in Las Vegas.”

Noce agreed to drive to Las Vegas and call “a guy” who worked for “the agency.”

And so Noce began doing security. Most of the time, it was routine stuff. On Monday mornings, a Lockheed Superconstellation would fly in from the “Skunk Works” in Burbank, Calif., bringing engineers and others who were working on the A-12. They’d stay there during the week and return home on weekends.

Skunk Works was the nickname for Lockheed’s Advanced Development Projects, which had the A-12 contract.

The routine stuff included checking badges and making sure nobody had weapons or cameras. Security workers also made sure only those with proper clearance would witness a test flight.

And what a sight it was.

According to the CIA, its late former chief Richard Helms recalled visiting Area 51 and watching a midnight test flight of an A-12.

“The blast of flame that sent the black, insect-shaped projectile hurtling across the tarmac made me duck instinctively. It was as if the devil himself were blasting his way straight from hell,” said Helms, according to former CIA director Michael Hayden. Other times, the routine got very exciting.

Noce remembers when “Article 123,” as one of the A-12s was called, crashed on May 24, 1963, after the plane stalled near Wendover, Utah. The pilot ejected and survived.

Noce says he was among those who flew to the crash site in a giant cargo plane loaded with several trucks. They loaded everything from the crash into the trucks.

He remembers that a local deputy had either witnessed the crash or had quickly arrived at the scene. There also was a family on a vacation car trip who had taken photos.

“We confiscated the camera, took the film out,” says Noce. “We just said we worked for the government.”

He says the deputy and the family were told not to talk to anybody about the crash, especially the press.

“We told them there would be dire consequences,” Noce says. “You scared them.”

As an added incentive, he says, the CIA arrived with a briefcase full of cash.

“I think it was like 25 grand apiece, for the sheriff and the family,” says Noce.

Robarge says cash payments were routine to cover things up.

“It was common practice”

Noce also remembers providing security in 1962 as a disassembled A-12 was trucked along back roads from Burbank to Area 51. trailers.

At one point, a Greyhound bus travelling in the opposite direction grazed one of the trailers.

Wrote Robarge, “Project managers quickly authorized the payment of nearly ,000 for damage to the bus so no insurance or legal inquiry would take place.”

About the aliens … Noce and Barnes say they never saw anything connected to UFOs.

Barnes believes the air force and the CIA didn’t mind the stories about alien spacecraft. They helped cover up the secret planes that were being tested.

On one occasion, he remembers, when the first jets were being tested at what was Muroc Army Air Field, later renamed Edwards Air Force Base, a test pilot put on a gorilla mask and flew upside down beside a private pilot.

“Well, when this guy went back, telling reporters, ‘I saw a plane that didn’t have a propeller and being flown by a monkey,’ well, they laughed at this guy — and it got where the guys would see (test pilots) and they didn’t dare report it because everybody’d laugh at them,” says Barnes.

Noce says he quite liked working at Area 51.

He got paid ,000 US a month (about ,200 in today’s dollars). Weekdays he lived for free at the base in admittedly utilitarian housing — five men assigned to a one-storey house, sharing a kitchen and bathroom.

Something that all Area 51 vets remember about living at the base, he says, was the great food.

“They had these cooks come up from Vegas. They were like regular chefs,” Noce remembers. “Day or night, you could get a steak, whatever you wanted.”

Lobster was flown in regularly from Maine. A jet, sent across the country to test its engines, would bring back the succulent payload.

On weekends, Noce and other contracted CIA guys would drive to Las Vegas. They rented a pad, and in the patio plumbed in a bar with storage for two kegs of beer. It was a great time, barbecuing steaks and having parties, Noce says.

Noce has two pieces of proof from his Area 51 days: faded black-and-white snapshots taken surreptitiously.

One shows him in 1962 in front of his housing unit at Area 51. The other shows him in front of what he says is one of two F-105 Thunderchiefs whose Air Force pilots overflew Area 51 out of curiosity. The pilots were forced to land and were told that a no-fly zone meant just that.

Noce worked at Area 51 from early 1962 to late 1965. He returned to Vancouver and spent most of his working life as a longshoreman.

Noce remembers once in recent years talking with fellow retired longshoreman pals and telling them stories about Area 51. When they didn’t believe him, he says, “Well, there was nothing I could do to prove anything.”

Mary Pelevsky, a University of Nevada visiting scholar, headed the school’s Nevada Test Site Oral History Project from 2003 to 2008. Some 150 people were interviewed about their experiences during Cold War nuclear testing. Area 51 vets such as Barnes also were interviewed.

The historian says it was difficult to verify stories because of secrecy at the time, cover stories, memory lapses and, sometimes, misrepresentations.

But, she says, “I’ve heard this cloak-and-dagger stuff , and you say, ‘No way.’ Then you hear enough and begin to realize some of these stories are true.”

In October, Noce and his son, Chris, of Colorado, drove to Las Vegas for that first public reunion of the Area 51 vets. He and his old buddies remembered the days.

‘I was doing something for the country,’ Noce says about those three years in the 1960s. ‘They told me, ‘If anything should ever come up, anyone asks, ‘Did you work for the CIA? Say, ‘Never heard of them.’ But (my buddies) know.”

Area 51 What has come out of there…Where is the new Area 51?

Area 51 is a military base, and a remote detachment of Edwards Air Force Base. It is located in the southern portion of Nevada in the western United States.

The Significance of Area 51 Imagery

Apart from the simple voyeuristic thrill of gazing upon secret things, which cannot be denied, there is a larger public policy interest in overhead imagery of Area 51. The end of the Cold War has occasioned only modest reforms in the grotesquely hypertrophied security and classification system that insensibly developed as the bodyguard of lies against the Soviet Union. These security measures were not entirely without foundation, as they were implemented to protect American weapons systems from being copied or countered by the Soviet adversary.

But they were not without price, as over time the secret government within the security enclave became increasingly unaccountable to an increasingly distrustful public. With the end of the Cold War, and in the absence of a worthy adversary with the potential to copy or counter American weapons, it was presumed that there would be an adjustment in the security and classification system, towards greater transparency and public accountability.

With some notable exceptions, however, the security enclave remains remarkably unchanged from its Cold War configuration. Indeed, in recent years a backlash has emerged, tending to reverse even the modest gains in public accountability of the 1990s.

Humor is one of the few tools available for public efforts to shift the boundaries of the security enclave. Declining to take “secrets” seriously constitutes a fundamental epistemological critique of a security and classification edifice that does far more to protect bureaucratic interests than to protect the national interest.

Highlighting the discrepancy between what the public knows, and what the government will acknowledge, is a key instrument in teasing out the absurdities of the security enclave. There is no better opportunity for such mirth than Area 51. The US Government has only recently acknowledged the “fact of the existence” of this facility, despite ample publicity and super-abundant speculation over the past decades.

The Good Book says “the guilty flee where none pursueth, but the righteous are bold as a lion” [Proverbs 28:1]. Over time the profound secrecy surrounding Area 51 has engendered an elaborate edifice of popular culture, rehearsed most famously in the movie “Independence Day.” Sceptical observers may perhaps be forgiven for suspecting that Area 51 is the repository for captured Alien technology, since it would otherwise be difficult to imagine any other secret so awful as to require the level of secrecy surrounding this facility.
