Our facility is conveniently located adjacent to Scottsdale Municipal Airport, just a short distance north of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport.

The “SaberCat” crew plans the optimum flight path for every mission to reduce the amount of time in the air and to avoid environmentally or noise sensitive areas. We use the most sophisticated GPS devices available in conjunction with aviation maps to plan our routes. Avoiding known wildlife areas, or remaining downwind of these areas, reduces our impact. With any helicopter, noise is a factor. Our pilots reduce helicopter noise through altitude and airspeed, as well as landing and take-off patterns.
The Cineflex V14 HD Camera System
The SaberCatHD aircraft employs the Cineflex V14HD – the ultimate tool for HD aerial filming and video production. Extremely durable and weather-resistant, the camera can be flown safely at higher airspeeds in extreme cold, hot or dusty conditions – pretty much anything the southwestern terrain can throw at it.

Dual-link 4:4:4 HD: The integrated camera is a Sony CineAlta HDC1500 with resolution up to 1920×1080 and capable of recording dual-link 4:4:4.
Multiple Formats: The camera can record in vertical resolutions of 1080 and 720 in either interlaced or progressive formats at a variety of frame rates, from 23.98p to 60p, including PAL standards of 25p and 50p.
Complete Color Control: The embedded Sony RM-B750 Remote provides access via a touch screen interface to all the functions of the camera. Colors can be adjusted and scene files stored on a Memory Stick for easy recall.
